Refund and Returns Policy
At Cross-scene, your satisfaction is our highest priority. Every item we produce is a reflection of bold individuality, street-edge design, and urban resilience. We aim to ensure that each customer experience is smooth, fair, and transparent—especially when it comes to returns and refunds.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. Items must include all original tags and packaging. We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, product details, and the reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping. Please note: the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue in your message. We'll work swiftly to make it right—whether that means a refund or a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to: underwear, socks, and other intimate items. Products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
